By creating an account, generating a concept, or otherwise using Concept Studio AI, you accept this policy. You are not asked to tick a box: your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy, which is always available from the footer of any page.

How Information Is Used
Information may be used to generate concepts, improve platform performance, contact users regarding projects, provide design services, respond to support requests, improve user experience, and train internal business systems.
Third-Party Processing
Uploaded information may be processed through third-party technology providers including OpenAI, Google, cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers. Users consent to this processing when using the platform.
Marketing Communications
Advertising measurement is optional and separate from email marketing and analytics. Only after you accept Marketing in Cookie settings, we share page visits and successful website actions, IP address, browser information, and advertising cookie identifiers with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising and optimize ads. Customer email, phone, names, and account identifiers are not shared for matching by this installation. We retain dated choice records, including the notice version, and preserve prior acceptance if you withdraw. Reject non-essential or reopen Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw; withdrawal stops new browser and server advertising reports, including across open tabs. Accepting this privacy policy alone does not authorize advertising tracking.
Project, account, artist-review, quote, and order messages are operational communications related to services you request. If you separately opt in, Excel Sportswear may also use Brevo to send design inspiration, tips, product updates, and limited reminders about saved or unfinished concepts. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time through account settings or the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Data Retention
Excel Sportswear may retain generated concepts, prompts, uploads, and project information for business, customer service, legal, operational, and portfolio purposes.
Your Choices
You may update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Submitted quote and order requests may be retained after deletion so our team can complete or follow up on work already in progress.
